Terms of Service
Last updated: today
By using Sizzld you agree to these terms. Sizzld is for sharing real home cooking — keep it honest and kind.
Your account
You’re responsible for your account and for keeping it secure. You must be at least 13 (or your country’s minimum age).
Real-cook rule & acceptable use
CookProofs should reflect food you actually made. Don’t post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual, spam, infringing, or that impersonates others. Don’t scrape, abuse, or attempt to break the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Your content
You own the content you post. You grant Sizzld a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and share it within the app and its share features (e.g. CookProof links) so the product can function. You can remove your content or delete your account anytime.
Reporting & moderation
You can report or block content and users in-app. We review reports and may take down content or accounts at our discretion to keep the community safe.
AI features
Recipes and step visuals generated by AI are best-effort and may be inaccurate. Use common sense and food-safety judgement — you’re responsible for what you cook and eat.
Disclaimers & liability
Sizzld is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. Questions: hello@sizzld.app.
