Privacy Policy

Last updated: today

Sizzld (“we”, “us”) helps you cook, prove it, and keep a streak. This policy explains what we collect and why. Plain version: we collect the minimum we need to run the app, and you can delete it all anytime.

What we collect

  • Account — your email and username.
  • Content you create — CookProof photos, recipes, comments, collections.
  • Usage — basic product events (e.g. signups, posts) to understand and improve the app.
  • Device — if you enable push notifications, a push subscription token.

How we use it

To provide and improve Sizzld: show your feed and streak, generate recipes/step visuals you request, send the reminders you opt into, and measure aggregate product health. We do not sell your personal data.

Service providers

We use trusted processors to run the app: Supabase (database, auth, storage), Vercel (hosting), and AI providers (e.g. OpenRouter) which process the photo or text you submit when you ask us to generate a recipe or step image. We share only what’s needed for these functions.

Your choices & rights

You can edit your profile, remove your content, and delete your account and data at any time from Settings. Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, or export your data — contact us and we’ll help.

Data retention & security

We keep your data while your account is active and delete it when you delete your account. We use industry-standard measures to protect it, though no system is perfectly secure.

Children

Sizzld isn’t directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). Don’t use it if you’re under that age.
